Catch-all Emails in Hosting
In case you host a domain name on our cloud platform and you have a hosting account, you will be able to activate the catch-all functionality for any mailbox that you set up under the domain name. The Hepsia hosting Control Panel’s Email Manager section comes with quite a few functions, but it’s remarkably user-friendly, so configuring a catch-all mailbox requires only one mouse click. All the email addresses that you have will be displayed in this section in alphabetical order and you’ll simply need to click the "Catch-all" button associated with the particular email address. Our system will notify you if there is already another catch-all mailbox enabled for that domain or if the one that you want to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding enabled, so you can either disable the latter feature or choose another mailbox. Deactivating the catch-all option is just as simple and requires yet another click on the same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
You will be able to configure a catch-all email address with no more than one click in case you have a Linux semi-dedicated hosting with us and your emails are handled by our cloud hosting platform. All the addresses that you create with any domain name hosted in your semi-dedicated hosting account will be displayed in the Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section. Each of them will have a mini "Catch-all" icon on its right-hand side, so all it will take to activate this feature will be to click on that icon. In the same manner you will be able to remove the feature, in case you don’t need it any longer. Our system will warn you in case you’re attempting to enable a second catch-all mailbox for a specific domain or in case there is active email forwarding, but it will never alter or deactivate any feature automatically or without your permission.
